Group Classes
at Falls Church Wellness Center

Get Bent Yoga offers yoga classes designed to build flexibility and strength, improve breathing and focus, and develop a deep connection between the body and the mind. Classes are vinyasa-based and open to practitioners of all levels.

All in-person GBY classes at Falls Church Wellness Center are on hold. 

GBY is currently offering free classes via Zoom every Sunday at 4pm (donation is optional). Classes are suitable for all levels, with modifications for new practitioners and amplifications for more experienced yogis.

In this time of COVID-19, having a steady home yoga practice is vital to maintaining flexibility and balance (both physical and mental). Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns, and always consult with your physician before beginning a new physical regimen.

Beth is a fantastic yoga instructor and I would highly recommend her for all levels of yoga practice. Beth is knowledgable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly, warm, and a general joy to be around. I do a lot of strength training for my other form of fitness and this has helped me stay injury free and much more flexible throughout my workouts.
